We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team at a company that began as an affordable housing developer and has evolved into a global leader in sophisticated urban living. You will be joining a dynamic and growing company with more than 90 active developments across the U.S. and Latin America, including luxury condominiums, market-rate rentals, mixed-use centers, and affordable properties. The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project specifications, preparing accurate cost estimates, and ensuring that projects are delivered within budget. This role involves collaborating with project managers and clients to assess project requirements and provide comprehensive estimates for various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze project blueprints, specifications, and other documents to prepare detailed cost estimations.
• Perform quantity take-offs and assess labor and material costs for high-end multi-family and commercial construction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project scope and requirements.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations of cost estimates for review.
• Monitor and manage budget variances throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated on market trends and material prices to ensure accurate estimates.
• Support the bidding process by preparing bid proposals and presenting estimates to stakeholders.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction estimating practices.
• Experience with take-offs and high-end multi-family projects is preferred.
• Proficient in using estimating software and tools.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
