We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team! As an Estimator, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate project cost estimates and contributing to the successful execution of our projects. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials (Ceramic & Sanitary Ware) Review tender documents, specifications, and drawings to develop accurate estimates. Work closely with engineers, and subcontractors to gather the necessary information. Assist in evaluating and managing cost variations during project execution. Analyze historical data and market trends to provide accurate pricing. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in estimating. Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience as an Estimator in the UAE, preferably in the construction or civil engineering sector. Strong knowledge of cost estimating software and tools. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
