Salary $85,000 - $150,000 per year

A Bit About Us

We are looking for an Estimator for our Fort Lauderdale office with experience in general commercial construction or large industrial projects. Experience should be estimating projects valued from $5M - $50M in both new construction and renovations. We are looking for individuals that are looking to grow with our company and provide leadership. Job Details

• 5+ years of experience
• Well versed in estimating multiple divisions
• Experience working within a team
• Self starter, motivated
• Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers, review subcontractor agreements and mark ups
• OPEN TO RELOCATION
• Work along side Pre-Construction staff to advise on issues and ensure scope coverage
