Position Overview

We’re seeking a detail-oriented, driven Estimator to join our preconstruction team. This is a key role in our company, responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and helping us win new work. You’ll work closely with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, playing a critical part in the success of our projects from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and requirements to develop detailed cost estimates
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options
• Collaborate with the project team on bid strategies, schedules, and deliverables
• Attend pre-bid meetings and conduct site visits as needed
• Assist in preparing proposals and presentation materials for clients
• Support project handoff to operations team upon award

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of estimating experience in commercial or light industrial construction
• Solid understanding of construction means, methods, and materials
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, ProEst, Sage, or similar)
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
