Primary Responsibilities: * Generate detailed estimates based on an accurate reading of blueprints, quantity takeoffs and transfer data into HCSS Heavy Bid software. Required Skills * Reviews bid package documentation, plans, proposal and specifications to determine a scope of work. * Work with staff to prepare RFPs, RFIs and subcontractor quotes. * Ability to work independently or as part of a team in order to meet project deadlines. * Strong detail orientation and analytical skill. * Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. * Ability to multi-task a variety of projects/tasks simultaneously. * Read and scale civil engineering plans. * Understand the importance of quality and accuracy. * Work Overtime/Weekends to meet project deadlines.
