iWorld Professionals is seeking a full-time Estimator to join a growing General Contractor in Boston, MA. This role is key to delivering exceptional service to clients, subcontractors, and design consultants throughout the pre-construction phase.

Estimator Responsibilities:

• Analyze plans and specifications to prepare detailed budgets and estimates
• Lead subcontractor/vendor bidding, bid leveling, and scope coordination
• Attend pre-bid meetings and client interviews
• Collaborate on value engineering, scheduling, and project planning
• Prepare and present written proposals and scope clarifications
• Support contract drafting and project handoffs to the operations team
• Mentor junior estimators and contribute to process improvement

Estimator Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of construction estimating experience
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Procore, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project
• Self-directed with a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work onsite in Boston, MA
