Estate Manager (Systems Solution)
What You Will Be Working On
As an Estate Manager (EM) in the Sales Department's Planning Section, you will drive digital transformation and system enhancement initiatives. Your role involves leading end-to-end system improvements through:
- Gathering and analysing business requirements;
- Coordinating with technical teams on solution design;
- Managing system testing and implementation;
- Overseeing administration of the HDB Flat Portal and vendor relationships.
You will serve as a crucial bridge between operations and technology, evaluating process improvements and technical feasibility to enhance service delivery. This includes contributing to HDB's digital roadmap for streamlining the new flat buying journey. The role requires strong project management skills, technical aptitude and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements while maintaining service excellence.
During your employment, you may also be rotated to take on the role of a Customer Relations Manager, to deliver quality services to applicants and residents of HDB flats and facilitate home ownership. You will be involved in assessing applicants’ eligibility to buy a new/resale HDB flat, receive CPF housing grants and take an HDB housing loan, providing guidance towards informed housing and prudent financing decisions or processing sales applications from registration of application to issuing of keys or resale transactions of HDB flats. You will assess and respond to appeals from customers who deviate from eligibility conditions, prepare case reports, and draft submissions for management's consideration of deserving cases. Your duties will include day-to-day liaison with appellants/flat applicants, solicitors and relevant agencies. Additionally, you will process Enhanced CPF Housing Grant applications from flat buyers and perform the role of Duty Manager at the counters, attending to cases escalated by Customer Relations Executives.

Successful candidates will be offered a 1+1 year contract.
