Your responsibilities as a customer relations manager are to deliver quality services to applicants and residents of HDB flats and facilitate home ownership. You will be involved in assessing applicants’ eligibility to buy a new/resale HDB flat, receive CPF housing grants and take an HDB housing loan, providing guidance towards informed housing and prudent financing decisions or processing of the sale or resale transactions of HDB flats. You will assess and respond to appeals from customers who deviate from the eligibility conditions to buy an HDB flat, prepare case reports and draft submissions for management’s consideration for deserving cases. Your duties also include the day-to-day liaison with applicants/residents, solicitors and relevant agencies. You may also be rostered to supervise counter operations to ensure they run smoothly, as well as process Enhanced CPF Housing Grant applications from flat buyers.
These duties will give you an in-depth appreciation of the HDB flat purchase value chain, and present opportunities to streamline work processes for both our customers and staff.

Successful candidates will be offered a 1+1 year contract.
