Responsibilities

• Monitoring and supporting the project managers and Business Process Consultants of the Product Onboarding team
• Preparing and supporting the execution of the team's weekly committee meetings
• Supporting & Updating the Management Committee deck
• Monitoring and collecting evidence for Quality Management Framework audits for client projects
• Managing, under the responsibility of the Onboarding Manager, certain project deployment activities too
• Working in a team and across departments
• Participating in innovations and changes
• Support on multiple projects
• Interacting with various stakeholders and skill centers

Requirements

• Experience in project management/coordination
• Understanding of ITIL
• Advanced knowledge of Office 365 (PowerPoint, Teams, Excel)
• Basic knowledge of ServiceNow would be a plus
• Proficiency in oral and written communication
• Autonomy and initiative
• Agility and responsiveness
• Organizational skills
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business School or University
