Job Description: As an Escrow Officer/Closer you will be responsible for the following, including but not limited to: Preparing & balancing Closing Disclosures/HUD settlement statement for closings Receiving and processing all incoming and outgoing funds Preparing documents for closing package Processing post closing requirements from lenders Conduct closings Candidate must have the following skills and experience: Customer service Organizational skills Excellent verbal communication skills 1 year minimum closing/funding experience Two Job Locations: Carmel, IN and Mooresville, IN Pay: $41,495.00 - $50,772.00 per year Work Location: In person
