Escrow Officer

Role Overview:
As an Escrow Officer, you’ll be the go-to for agents, clients, and lenders, managing residential transactions from contract to close. You’ll be supported by leadership that understands what it takes to deliver exceptional service. We’re looking for someone who owns their desk and takes pride in doing things the right way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of residential real estate transactions from open to funding
- Serve as the primary point of contact for agents, buyers, sellers, and lenders
- Review contracts, clear title, prepare settlement statements, and coordinate closings
- Ensure all regulatory, title, and underwriting requirements are met
- Foster and grow relationships with agent partners and their clients
- Collaborate with assistants and teammates to ensure seamless execution and high service levels
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an Escrow Officer, with active licensure in Texas
- Strong knowledge of title insurance, escrow procedures, and Texas real estate contracts
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of transactions without sacrificing detail or service
- Proficiency with title software (Qualia experience a plus but not required)
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office 365 suites
- Clear, professional communicator—both written and verbal
- Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Client-first mentality and a passion for service
- Existing book of business not required
