Job Title: ERPNext Software Developer

Your Role

You will do customizations and develop apps for our internal ERPNext requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into ERPNext solutions.
• Customize and configure ERPNext modules.
• Design and implement new features, workflows, and scripts in ERPNext using Frappe Framework.
• Integrate ERPNext with third-party systems and APIs to enhance functionality.
• Design and implement Wiki and functionalities in ERPNext.
• Provide expert advice on best practices and process improvements.
• Perform system configuration, data migration, and user training.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ERPNext implementation.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using programming languages.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of ERPNext with other systems.
• Perform system testing, debugging, and optimization to ensure a high-quality product.
• Develop custom reports, print formats, and dashboards in ERPNext.
• Maintain documentation of customizations, workflows, and configurations.
• Provide technical support, training, and guidance to internal teams or clients.
• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in ERPNext and the Frappe Framework.

Requirements:

• 0 to 3 years of experience in ERPNext development or implementation.
• Freshers with strong foundational skills in Python, HTML, JavaScript and a good understanding of the Frappe Framework are encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of ERPNext modules such as HR, Finance, Sales, and Projects.
• Ability to understand and work based on business requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with project management and ERP implementation.
• Certification in ERPNext or related technologies is a plus.
• Understanding of business processes and workflows.
• Strong knowledge on Frappe frameworks and ERPNext functionalities.
