We are looking for an experienced ERP/Database Specialist to support IFS, business workflows, and other application needs throughout our organization. In this role, you will have hands-on experience with SQL databases, write custom queries, generate forms in Office 365, and build custom macros in Excel. You have strong knowledge of databases, SSRS, Power BI, and Microsoft/Azure SQL administration. This role will help improve our business processes, automate tasks, and support end-users.
Responsibilities
Project Management & Coordination
Lead and manage projects focused on IFS Cloud ERP solutions
Mentor and guide team members to support project execution and delivery
Collaborate with teams on business requirements and identify process improvements within the IFS ERP framework
Manage multiple projects concurrently and ensure timely delivery, regular status updates to stakeholders and management, and proposing mitigation strategies for potential risks
Oversee ERP system planning, configuration, implementation, and support activities
Coordinate with IFS technical support as the primary point of contact for issue resolution
System Development & Optimization
Define and customize application system configurations, workflows, and procedures to align with business needs
Lead continual systems improvements, updates, and upgrades to enhance operations and efficiencies
Conduct system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing, including creating test cases and ensuring successful deployment of IFS ERP solutions
Perform in-depth analysis of business needs and translate them into functional requirements, process flows, and user stories
Create and manage custom flows and workflows within Office 365 to meet business requirements
Automate repetitive tasks using advanced Excel formulas, pivot tables, macros, and VBA
User Training & Support
Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials for end-users to ensure effective use of IFS ERP system capabilities
Provide post-implementation support and promptly address system-related questions and issues
Serve as the primary resource for end users, helping resolve IFS and related system issues
Key Requirements
5–10 years of relevant work experience in ERP systems, database administration, reporting, or similar technical role
Experience with IFS Cloud ERP or similar ERP cloud solutions preferred
Strong knowledge of Power BI and/or SSRS reporting tools
Hands-on experience with SQL Database administration, preferably in Azure SQL or Microsoft SQL
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including PowerApps, Power Automate (Flows), and Forms
Advanced Excel skills, including Macros and VBA development
Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills

Salary Range: $65,000–$100,000
