Adecco is partnering with a global supply chain solutions provider to look for an ERP System Manager to design and implement tailored ERP solutions.

The Job :

• Design and implement tailored ERP solutions that meet the specific needs of supply chain and medtech operations, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
• Manage ERP systems performance, upgrades, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards such as ISO27001 and maintaining audit readiness.
• Collaborate across departments to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and optimize processes, enhancing overall operational efficiency and driving continuous improvement.
• Develop and integrate custom ERP functionalities with enterprise systems, oversee secure data migration, and ensure data integrity and system security throughout all ERP processes.
• Lead ERP implementation and enhancement projects, ensuring timely, within-budget delivery while maintaining clear documentation and adherence to organizational best practices.
• Provide end-user training, technical support, and data-driven insights through ERP-based reporting tools to support informed decision-making and user adoption.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field such as IT, Engineering, or Finance, with a strong foundation in ERP systems and enterprise technology.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in ERP implementation, system administration, or business analysis, preferably within the supply chain or MedTech industries.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of mentoring, delegating responsibilities, and driving project success.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams, ensuring alignment between technical and business objectives.
• Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills, capable of translating complex business needs into scalable technical solutions and making data-informed decisions.
• Skilled in project management, including budgeting, planning, and execution, with relevant ERP certifications (e.g., SAP, Infor Syteline) considered a plus.
• Technical proficiency in SQL, ERP reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Crystal Reports), and cloud-based ERP systems, including API integrations, scripting (e.g., SQL, Python), and regulatory compliance specific to MedTech environments.
