Recruitment Services | Kariera Group, on behalf of our client, VORTEX SOFTWARE, a specialized software house with 16 years of experience, focusing on facility & maintenance management and field service management, is seeking a skilled and customer-oriented ERP Support Consultant to join their dynamic team. This is a full-time hybrid position, in which you will play a critical role in providing technical and customer support, ensuring high satisfaction levels while assisting clients with configurations, troubleshooting and training.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing prompt and effective customer support via phone, email, and remote sessions
• Troubleshooting software issues using MS-SQL for data management and problem analysis
• Managing and resolving daily client requests and incidents
• Conducting training sessions for users on the company’s software solutions
• Working closely with internal teams to escalate and solve complex issues
• Maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and user success
  
  

Skills And Experience Required

• Proven experience supporting ERP or CRM software systems
• Hands-on experience with MS-SQL for troubleshooting and data management
• Strong technical background with broad software knowledge
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and internal teams
• Customer-centric approach and dedication to delivering a positive support experience
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

• Mid to Senior level experience in a support or technical consulting role
