Role OverviewWe are looking for dynamic and driven sales professionals to join our ERP sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in ERP or enterprise software sales, preferably in the manufacturing sector. This is a high-impact role requiring end-to-end sales ownership, from lead generation to deal closure and account growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads for ERP software solutions within the manufacturing industry.
- Conduct detailed needs assessments to align ERP features with client requirements.
- Deliver impactful product demonstrations to CXOs, IT Heads, and other key stakeholders.
- Manage the complete sales cycle – from prospecting to closure and post-sale coordination.
- Work closely with the technical and implementation teams to ensure solution alignment.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Develop long-term client relationships to drive upselling, cross-selling, and referrals.
- Prepare professional proposals, RFPs, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Travel extensively for client visits, demos, and business development activities across regions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP, enterprise software, or IT solution sales.
- Strong exposure to manufacturing ERP sales with high-ticket deal handling is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
- Sound understanding of ERP domains such as Finance, Inventory, Production, SCM, etc.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and modern lead generation strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM platforms and ERP product knowledge is a must.
- Self-motivated, target-driven and capable of working both independently and in teams.
