Now we’re looking for an ERP Project Manager to join our LATAM Finance team and lead the successful implementation of key internal system projects across LATAM. 

💼 What you’ll do: 

As our ERP Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our internal ERP-related initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you’ll plan, execute and monitor projects end-to-end—balancing time, cost, and quality. You’ll also act as the main bridge between Vesta’s teams and ERP vendors, both internal and external. 

🔍 Key responsibilities: 

• Lead the full project lifecycle: initiate, plan, implement, monitor/control, and close projects. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business needs. 
• Manage project timelines, scope, and budget. 
• Communicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders. 

✅ What we’re looking for: 

• 3–5 years of experience in ERP implementation and project management. 
• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress 
• Strong knowledge of administrative processes, basic accounting, negotiation, and PMP methodology. 
• Fluent in English- you’ll be working in an international context. 

Nice to have: 

Certifications such as PMP or CSM (Certified Scrum Master)
