Who we are:
Fluid Power Support was founded in 2000. In the last 20 years Fluid Power has grown into a state-of-the-art metal fabrication facility mastering CNC, robotic welding, laser technologies, power folding, punching, shearing, sand blasting and powder coating systems.
Job Summary:
The ERP Coordinator will be responsible for all aspects of corporate enterprise resource planning (ERP) in a projectized, matrix team environment. You will be the expert and power user for the job shop program.
Job Duties:
Provides technical oversight and guidance on how the ERP is set-up and used.
Coordinates with the ERP Manager to ensure that needs are addressed as the company grows and moves to a production-oriented business model.
Plans and implements changes to support the growth of company operations, in conjunction with IT management.
Develop and maintain procedures, processes and other technical documentation as needed.
Support end users of ERP to ensure team is made aware of new functionalities and efficient usage of the system.
Coordinate with management to implement and maintain ISO 9001 standards.
Plan and coordinate upgrades and software support of E2.
Audit database entries (new vendors, new users, PO's, etc.)
Creating custom reports as required.
Analyze data and proactively create reports to meet the needs of the team.
Other duties as assigned.

Experience and Education Required:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Certificate
1-3 years of ERP system experience
Knowledge of job shop software, such as E2 JobBOSS preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (word, excel, outlook)
ISO 9001 experience preferred
Physical Demands:
Regular and predictable attendance is required.
Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time in front of a computer.

Work Environment and Personal Protective Equipment:
General office environment, with some exposure to plant environment, with forklift and other general hazards.
Safety glasses with side shields in the plant environment.
Steel toed boots/shoes in the plant environment.

Pay and Benefits:
Full-time position, 40+ hours per week
Day Shift – Monday thru Friday
