Description

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an ERP Integration Manager in Los Angeles, California. With a primary focus on the industry, this role involves extensive hands-on work with PeopleSoft applications, PeopleCode programming, and tracing analysis.

Responsibilities:

Utilize advanced business application programming (ABAP) and cloud technologies to streamline ERP operations.

Manage the integration of CRM and Epicor ERP systems to optimize business processes.

Conduct A/B testing to ensure the effectiveness of various ERP strategies.

Use business intelligence tools (BI) to analyze and interpret data related to ERP operations.

Define And Document Business Process Functions And Business Requirements.

Implement change management strategies to ensure the smooth transition of new ERP systems or updates.

Work extensively with Oracle PeopleSoft and Oracle PeopleSoft Human Capital Management systems.

Utilize PeopleCode to customize and enhance PeopleSoft applications.

Manage the operation and maintenance of PeopleSoft Financials and PeopleSoft Enterprise Application.

Develop and run PeopleSoft queries for data extraction and analysis.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an ERP Integration Manager or in a similar role.

Proficient in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP).

Solid understanding and experience with Cloud Technologies.

Demonstrated experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

Proficiency in using Epicor and Epicor ERP.

Familiarity with AB Testing.

Proven skills in Business Intelligence (BI).

Experience In Handling Business Process Functions.

Proven ability to create Business Requirement Documents.

Solid understanding of Change Management processes.

Experience in Oracle PeopleSoft and Oracle PeopleSoft Human Capital Management.

Proficiency in PeopleCode.

Demonstrated experience in PeopleSoft and PeopleSoft Applications.

Experience with PeopleSoft Financials is a must.

Familiarity with PeopleSoft ERP and PeopleSoft Enterprise Applications.

Ability to work with PeopleSoft Development tools.

Proven experience in PeopleSoft Query.
