Summary

The Group manufactures and globally markets some of the leading brands in respiratory care, including the AeroChamber® brand of valved holding chambers, the Aerobika® brand of OPEP devices, and the AeroEclipse® brand of nebulizers. Trudell Medical Limited is the Corporate entity within the Trudell Medical Group of Companies and operates out of our offices in London, Ontario Canada.


ERP Implementation Project Manager is a role in our Corporate IT team.


This is an office-based role with the option of a hybrid work arrangement.


Must be available to come into the London, Ontario office 3 days per week.

You will be responsible for leading the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and other enterprise applications. You will play a pivotal role in replacing the existing Great Plains ERP system and manual processes, driving the transformation to next generation solutions.


You have 7 years of experience in a project management role and a post-secondary degree or diploma in Computer Science. You also have 2-4 years of experience in a leadership position with direct reports. You are a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and a PMP/PRINCE II certification as well as a Change Practitioner certification would be considered assets. You have proven experience managing ERP implementation initiatives, preferably with D365 F&O and a strong understanding of financial systems and processes, particularly in manufacturing and distribution industries.


You will focus on:

Project Planning & Management:

  • Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring they meet project scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, define project objectives, and coordinate resources to ensure successful ERP system deployment
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies, ensuring any issues are quickly addressed to minimize delays
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, including senior management, department leads, and external vendors
  • Facilitate regular communication between all project stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure expectations are aligned
  • Lead cross-functional teams of developers, business analysts, and other specialists to drive the project forward


Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor team members
  • Set clear expectations and provide ongoing feedback to each team member to help maximize their performance and development
  • Develop and sustain an engaging team environment with opportunities for continuous personal and professional development
  • Lead by example in demonstrating the Company’s values and Core Competencies
  • Maintain subject matter expertise in the ERP teams’ processes and deliverables


ERP System Implementation & Optimization:

  • Oversee the implementation, configuration, and testing of ERP systems to ensure they meet business needs and technical requirements
  • Manage the integration of the ERP system with other internal systems, ensuring data consistency and process automation
  • Ensure post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of the ERP system to align with evolving business needs
  • Track and measure the performance of the ERP system and its impact on business operations
  • Suggest improvements and system upgrades as needed to keep the ERP system aligned with evolving business requirements


Change Management:

  • Guide the organization through the change management process, ensuring smooth adoption of the new ERP system
  • Provide training and support to end-users to maximize system usage and improve efficiency across departments


Budget & Resource Management:

  • Monitor project budgets and resources, ensuring that the project is delivered within financial constraints and with optimal resource utilization
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports, highlighting key milestones, risks, and issues
