• ERP HCM Technical Architect Responsibilities
• Understand the core HR process – ESS, MSS, Workforce Administration, ePerformance etc.
• Requirement gathering, preparing understanding documents, assist in efforts estimation and writing technical design
• Design, Development and Unit Testing of customizations in ERP HCM
• Create and modify objects as per requirements
• Prepare security configuration workbook
• Carry-out security setup in ERP HCM application
• Create new reports & interfaces as per the requirements
• Prepare technical design, perform peer code review & testing
• Support SIT, UAT, Go-Live and support phases
• Deliverable tracking and monitoring the milestones
• Managing team and effectively handle conflicts in the team
• Manage stakeholder’s expectations The Role offers

• BE / master’s degree in computer science/application (MCA, MSc Computer Science etc..) from a Premier Institute with 12 - 15 years of experience in ERP HCM application
