About The Role

As an ERP Functional Analyst, you will be working to support the ongoing development and management of the Bolt ERP system - Workday FINS and other technical tools. This role will involve providing system and process expertise, addressing user inquiries, configuring finance systems, and working collaboratively with stakeholders to enhance processes and tools.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Deploy, configure, and integrate ERP systems (e.g., Workday Financials) and related applications.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and operational challenges to ensure system stability.
  • Act as the primary ERP subject matter expert, providing support, guidance, and problem resolution.
  • Manage user inquiries, service requests, and incidents via the Service Desk, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with business users and technical teams on system updates, improvements, and automation.
  • Develop training programs, maintain system documentation, and create knowledge resources for users.


About you:

  • You have a deep understanding of finance processes and systems.
  • You have at least 2+ years of experience in implementing and maturing company-wide internal IT solutions (preferably in finance or procurement areas).
  • You are excited about working with stakeholders and users. You step into their shoes, understand their needs, and find the most effective solutions for them.
  • You act like an owner: managing your priorities and backlog and constantly aligning with teams impacting your work.
  • You can simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • You have advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
