Overview:

We are seeking a finance professional to lead the implementation of our new ERP system, build cost control and reporting frameworks, and grow into a leadership role within the Finance department.

Key Responsibilities:

ERP Implementation – Finance & Accounting Lead

• Serve as the primary liaison between the ERP project team and the finance/accounting departments at site level.
• Oversee the design, testing, validation, and deployment of finance, accounting, and reporting modules.
• Ensure system setup complies with Group policies, local accounting standards, and tax regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate financial processes across departments.
• Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support for finance and accounting users.

Post-Implementation – Cost Control & Reporting

• Establish and manage cost control systems and financial procedures within the new ERP platform.
• Monitor operational and production costs, analyze variances, and recommend corrective measures.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and forecasts to support both site and Group-level decision-making.
• Partner with operations and production teams to drive accurate product costing and effective budget management.
• Ensure inventory control and adherence to Group policies for capital expenditure.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in finance/accounting roles, with exposure to ERP system implementation (IFS, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
• Solid knowledge of cost accounting, financial controls, and reporting standards.
• Background in manufacturing or industrial environments is highly desirable.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration abilities.
• Fluent in both Thai and English (spoken and written).
