- Manage the implementation project for Dynamics F&O ERP across different business units;
- Lead and influence internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective implementation;
- Develop and execute the implementation plan, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met;
- Provide ongoing support and optimization of the system post-implementation;
- Facilitate communication between IT, finance, and operations teams to ensure full integration of the ERP system.
- Proven experience in ERP implementation and management, ideally with Dynamics Finance & Operations;
- Leadership skills or experience in project management to manage teams and stakeholders;
- Fluency in English (mandatory)and knowledge of Portuguese is a plus;
- Strong communication and influencing skills to lead organizational change;
- Ability to work in an on-site environment (Lisbon office), with the option of 1 remote workday per week;
- Availability for occasional travel between the countries where the company operates (Portugal, Germany, Italy).
