Unser Business Solutions-Team sucht einen ERP-Berater (m/w/d).

Das Business Solutions Team besteht aus Business-Experten in den wichtigsten Fachbereichen sowie aus kompetenten Entwicklern, die sich in der Community engagieren. Wir sind in selbstorganisierten, zielorientierten Teams strukturiert. Unser ERP heisst Odoo. Camptocamp wurde 2006 der erste offizielle "Gold"-Partner von Odoo und engagiert sich stark in der Odoo-Community, insbesondere durch die Odoo Community Association (OCA), deren Gründungsmitglied Camptocamp ist.

Dein Tag als ERP-Berater/in

Diese Position bietet vielfältige Verantwortlichkeiten und Aufgaben. Du bist der zentrale Akteur oder die zentrale Akteurin bei der Implementierung von Odoo bei unseren Kunden und bilden insbesondere die Schnittstelle zu unseren Entwicklungsteams:

• Du unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der Implementierung ihrer Odoo ERP-Lösung in den Hauptbereichen Supply Chain, eCommerce oder Finanzen/Logistik.
• Du sammelst, analysiert und verfasst die Anforderungen unserer Kunden.
• Du parametrisiert das ERP-System, um diese Anforderungen bestmöglich zu erfüllen.
• Du verfasst Spezifikationen für kundenspezifische Entwicklungen.
• Du testest die Funktionen und präsentierst sie unseren Kunden.
• Du begleitest und schulst die Benutzer.
• Du scheust dich nicht, die Anforderungen unserer Kunden zu hinterfragen, um ihnen die besten Lösungen anzubieten.

Dein Profil

Deine wesentlichen Fähigkeiten für den Erfolg in dieser Rolle

• Du hast einen Bachelor/Master in IT, Handel oder Finanzen/Logistik oder einen gleichwertigen Abschluss.
• Du verfügst über mind. 3 Jahre Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, einschließlich Konfiguration und Implementierung.
• Du hast erste Berufserfahrung in der Logistik gesammelt [LOGISTIK] bzw. als Controller und verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in der Buchhaltung [FINANZEN]
• Du beherrschst die deutsche und die englische Sprache.
• Du bist ein/e ausgezeichnete/r Kommunikator/in und kannst Diskussionen moderieren und strukturieren.
• Du bist organisiert und kannst Prioritäten setzen.
• Dir liegt es am Herzen, dass jedes Projekt einen großen Mehrwert für unsere Kunden schafft und dabei das Budget im Auge behält.
• Du arbeitest gerne in einem multikulturellen Team und bist hilfsbereit. Du verstehst es, auf andere Leute zuzugehen.
• Du bist im Besitz einer gültigen Arbeitserlaubnis für die Schweiz oder die EU.

• Du bist neugierig, verstehst gerne die Funktionsweise des Tools bis ins kleinste Detail und testest neue Funktionen.
• Du beherrschst Logistik, Finanzen oder e-Commerce oder willst dich in diesen Bereichen weiterbilden.
• Du sprichst Französisch.

Standort: Olten oder Zürich mit der Möglichkeit, einige Tage pro Woche von zu Hause aus zu arbeiten.

Arbeitspensum: Wir sind flexibel und du kannst zwischen 80% und 100% wählen.

Our Business Solutions team is looking for an ERP Consultant.

The Business Solutions team is composed of business experts in the main functional areas as well as competent developers who are involved in the community. Our ERP is called Odoo. Since 2006, Camptocamp is the first official "Gold" Odoo partner and is strongly involved in the Odoo community, especially through the Odoo Community Association (OCA) of which Camptocamp is a founding and very active member.

Your day as an ERP Consultant

This position offers a variety of responsibilities and tasks. You will be the central actor in the implementation of Odoo for our customers and you will interface with our development teams:

• You will support our customers in the implementation of their Odoo ERP solution in the main areas of Supply Chain, eCommerce or Finance/Logistics.
• You will collect, analyze and write the needs of our customers.
• You configure the ERP to best meet these needs.
• You write specifications for specific developments.
• You test the functionalities and present them to our customers.
• You accompany and train the users.
• You are not afraid to question our customers' requests in order to offer them the best possible solutions.

Your profile

Your essential skills for success in this role

• You have a Bachelor/Master degree in IT, Business, or Finance/Logistics or a degree deemed equivalent.
• You have between 3 to 5 years experience in ERP systems, including configuration and deployment.
• You have gained initial work experience in logistics [LOGISTICS] / as a management controller and you have solid knowledge of accounting [FINANCE].
• You are fluent in German.
• You are an excellent communicator and you are able to federate, lead and structure discussions.
• You are organized, rigorous and you know how to prioritize.
• You are committed to ensuring that each project provides significant added value for our clients while keeping in mind their budget.
• You enjoy working in a multicultural team. You are a team player, you have empathy and you care about the team.
• You have a valid work permit for Switzerland.

The icing on the cake

If you’re comfortable with these points, it’s a plus:

• You are curious, you like to understand how the tool works in detail and test new features.
• You have a good knowledge of logistics, finance or eCommerce or you are willing to learn more.
• Fluency in French is a plus.
