Next Ventures is seeking an Organizational Change Manager (OCM) for a long-term contract role with our client headquartered in New York.

Description:

• Guide the advancement of the change management discipline and ensure stakeholders understand and adopt a common methodology and set of standards for change.
• Work with the OCM manager to implement and apply a structured change management methodology (Prosci) within the organization.
• Identify & evaluate the impact of organizational and change initiatives on stakeholder groups and develop/facilitate the implementation of a change mgmt. strategy.
• Develop actionable & targeted change management plans, including a communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching/training plan and resistance management plan.
• Effectively manage relationships and interface with multiple initiatives by serving as liaison with project teams, work leads, & stakeholders.
• Develop, implement, maintain and recommend improvements to change management processes and tools and templates.
• Work to drive faster adoption, improve utilization and create a commitment for change. Establish a meeting & reporting cadence with cross-functional business partners to provide timely and accurate updates on key progress results.
• Report to the Manager of Organizational Change Management.

Experience:

• 1-3 years integrated change management methodology experience; Prosci Change Practitioner Certification preferred.
• Oracle ERP platform implementation experience
• Technology change experience, especially relative to enterprise system implementations; Oracle based ERP platform preferred.
• Enterprise-wide cross-functional project management and teamwork including business and technical audiences/partners.
