Business Analyst – ERP & Process Mapping

Location: Queensland (flexible, some travel to other states may be required)

Engagement: Contract (initial 3–6 months, with multi-year program potential)

About the Role:

A national award-winning building products company is embarking on a major ERP upgrade, as part of a broader business transformation initiative. They’re building a Centre of Excellence in Queensland to drive standardised business processes across Procurement, Manufacturing, and Project Execution.

We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong ERP project experience to join our team and support this critical program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery sessions to map current business processes and system use.
• Analyse and document processes across Procurement, Project Execution, and Manufacturing.
• Drive standardisation and quality improvements in business workflows.
• Collaborate with Process Experts and ERP Specialists to ensure strong, future-ready design.
• Support dashboard building for data visibility across business units.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on ERP projects (Navision experience highly desirable).
• Strong manufacturing, procurement, or project execution process knowledge.
• Skills in business process mapping and improvement.
• Ability to engage stakeholders and drive change across multiple sites.
• Knowledge of best practices for ERP system design and business controls.
