Write scripts to do ERP data analysis and clean up. Automate internal department processes and tests.  * Assist in performing upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting ERP and other enterprise applications.  * Collaborate with coworkers and customers using strong communication skills. Communicate with IT and business individuals and teams, including describing complex problems in a non-technical manner.  * Help the university accomplish its mission by completing other duties as assigned. Graduation from an accredited institution with a Bachelor's degree in related field; OR Associate's degree in related field plus 2 years of experience related to the essential functions/duties of the position OR any combination of higher education and experience directly related to the essential functions/duties totaling 4 years.  Preferred Qualifications Graduation from an accredited institution with a Bachelor's degree in related field plus 1 year of experience related to the essential functions/duties. At least one relevant technical certification (Data+, Linux+, etc.).  Licenses/Certifications Successful completion of in-house assessment of job related skills (within 60 days of hire), or 1 years proficiency in position.Knowledge * Knowledge of relational database concepts including SQL, data modeling, and leveraging of existing APIs.  * Familiarity with system engineering concepts.  Skills * Intermediate skills in using SQL, PL/SQL, or other databases query languages.  * Baseline skills in programming and software engineering.  * Baseline skills in creation of test plans and test automation.  * Baseline Linux systems administration skills.  * Technical writing and documentation.  * Strong customer service.
