Summary

We’re looking for a proactive and driven ERP Application Specialist to provide ongoing application support and operational assistance for our ERP environment. The right candidate will be a natural problem solver and a great collaborator, eager to share their exceptional knowledge and helpful attitude.

You’ll be part of a dynamic team, working alongside colleagues from all over Europe. You will work with property managers, finance and accounting and asset management teams to help us get the most out of the application Basware and Yardi. You’ll make sure the best standards are upheld, provide support and training, and implement Mileway’s policies and procedures. You’ll be working side by side with the Product Owner, analyzing (complex) requirements from the business partners, finding solutions and implementing these solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • With your Scrum Team, take ownership of the entire Yardi/ERP environment
  • Translate (complex) business ideas and requirements into practical solutions within Yardi, whilst ensuring seamless system integration, flexibility, sustainability, and feasibility.
  • Ensure solutions implemented follow the SDLC process to uphold their proper development, configuration, testing, (key user) training, and documentation.
  • Serve as an escalation point for our offshore helpdesk team, ensuring uninterrupted daily operations
  • Proactively assess current system, business, and end-user processes to identify inefficiencies. Make sound recommendations to internal clients and end users to help them work more productively.
  • Perform root cause analysis and recommend permanent solutions to reduce repetitive requests.

What You’ll Bring

  • You’ve worked with ERPs for a minimum of 2 years, with high preference on Yardi.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Accounting or Computer Science
  • Knowledge of Real Estate. We would prefer that you are fluent in the terminology and principles used in this field.
  • Experience in supporting payment processing functions. You are knowledgeable about corporate and property accounting functions like basic bookkeeping, AP, AR, financial reporting, and basic accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication skills. You are fluent in business English, both written and spoken, and able to produce polished, professional presentations, emails, and training materials.
  • An exceptional team attitude. You are able to work well independently, but you’re also a people person and recognize that collaboration is key. We can count on you for a professional, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach.
  • Your ability to manage a fast-moving environment and shifting responsibilities. You are flexible and able to manage your time against changing priorities
  • You are a natural problem solver with strong analytical skills.
