Purpose of Job:
The ERP Salesforce Analyst collaborates closely with Project Managers, Development Managers, Technical Architects, Analysts, and Developers to translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions. This role supports the full development lifecycle—ranging from requirements gathering and technical design to unit testing and QA handoffs.
The analyst is responsible for ensuring that business needs are met through efficient use of existing Salesforce functionality wherever possible, reducing the need for custom development. A deep understanding of Salesforce configuration, capabilities, and design best practices is essential.
Additionally, the ERP Salesforce Analyst is expected to continuously develop expertise in the tools and development methodologies used within the Interstate Batteries environment through both structured training and hands-on project experience.
This role also involves contributing to the analysis and design of scalable information processing solutions, demonstrating initiative and accountability for delivering high-quality results on time. A strong sense of ownership, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to customer satisfaction are critical to success in this position.
