Responsible for the overall management of the company's ERP system. This includes the governance the system stability, system upgrades and/or migrations, development and maintenance of system workflows. This position requires strong familiarity with B2B distribution models and financial requirements. Coordinates with other departments to address user needs, troubleshoot system issues, and develop more efficient practices when using ERP system. This position is also responsible for evaluating ERP system based on new technology and company growth, which can include third-party software integration and EDI/API management.
