Strategas is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Equity Derivatives Trader to join our newly established options desk. The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years of proven success in equity derivatives trading, demonstrating a strong understanding of underlying options fundamentals and a comprehensive knowledge of both equity and derivative markets. This individual must be a reliable and decisive trader, capable of sound judgment and effective decision-making in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. The ability to foster and maintain strong industry relationships, with potentially transferable business, would be considered a significant advantage. As an Equity Derivative Trader, you may:

• Execute trades on equity derivatives, primarily options, ensuring optimal pricing.
• Develop and implement trading strategies based on in-depth analysis of market trends, volatility, and underlying asset fundamentals.
• Stay abreast of market developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in the equity derivatives space.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, counterparties, and other market participants.

Compensation and Total Rewards Package:

• Annual salary range $110,000 - $150,200
• Bonus potential
