We are looking for an experienced Equipment/Materials Project Manager - Infrastructure to join our esteemed client in Dublin. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and delivery of clinical and non-clinical equipping services. You will play a key role in providing expert advice and ensuring a fully integrated sourcing and logistics service within major infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Establish procurement frameworks and finalize the equipping budget for the Final Business Case.
  • Identify and manage long-lead procurement items to mitigate project risks.
  • Oversee the sourcing, procurement, and commissioning of equipment and materials.
  • Ensure compliance with Irish public procurement policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to align project needs.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards for equipment procurement.
  • Provide expert advice on equipping strategies and logistics integration.
  • Support contract negotiations and vendor management for optimal procurement solutions.

Qualifications

Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline.
  • Experience in managing the procurement and commissioning on project(s) of similar scale & complexity.
  • Proven experience managing procurement and commissioning for large-scale projects.
  • Strong understanding of Irish public procurement processes and policies.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
