Overview of the Position:
- Give technical support and advice for test engineer, PTL, designer and other partner, responsible for electrical and PLC and/or Labview program revise and test.
- Based on new project, product/process requirement, define proposal of structure, function, specification etc. for test equipment with project team member from EC.
- Project management in planning, execution, risk prevent, regular meeting, summary report, cost controlling etc.
- Once test bench validated, response to write down technical document to transfer to maintenance engineer, test engineer for maintenance and daily use.
- Organize and execute preventive maintenance activities for test equipment to make sure the equipment running smoothly, make continues improvement according equipment status.
- Solve daily equipment malfunction and fault, identify the root cause of the problem, identify potential or risks with the equipment.
- Spare parts management, order spare parts, settle the spare parts list according to needs and critical equipment, follow-up the consumption regularly.
- Sub contract management, and evaluate the sub contract performance.
- Follow the EHS policies and procedures.
Working Experience:
- 5 years Customized equipment design experience with sufficient PLC and/or Labview program capability as process define, coding development, risk identify and prevent, validation etc.
- Experience in electrical R&D laboratory will be a plus.
- Experience with CNAS will be a plus.
- Experience with Schneider PLC will be a plus.
Professional Skills & knowledge:
- Must with electrician certificate.
- Familiar with PLC and/or LabView and electrical drawings to carry out testing activities, work on machines.
- Familiar with technical specification for equipment safety.
- Strong responsibility and self-motivated with the ability to multi-task.
- Good communication and cross-team cooperation.
Education & Languages:
- Bachelor degree in Automation Engineering or Electrical and Mechanical.
- Very good English in written and spoken/listening language.
