In order to support our subsidiary in Shanghai we are looking for a

Equipment Process Engineer (f/m)

Your Tasks

• Responsibility for the development of customer-specific adhesive dispensing and process solutions to the point of process integration.
• Technical consultation for our customers in China for equipment topics.
• Systematic realization of technologies in cooperation with our globally operating Engineering, Sales and Product Management team and implementation of those technologies into the production process of the particular customer in China.
• Cooperation with global adhesive application engineers to find customized solutions for the local market.
• Handling of complex bonding processes from different markets.
• Handling of cooperation with local and international partners.
• Traveling to customer site for technical support and troubleshooting.
• Equipment knowledge training to sales engineers
• Documentation and data management Your qualifications:
• Completed university studies in engineering with focus on process engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, physics, or similar with top grades and at least 3-5 years of professional experience in the field of engineering.
• Excellent hold over Mandarin and English.
• Experience in PLC is a plus (Siemens Profinet)
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems with accounts in complex technical environments.
• Excellent organizational skills and a responsible, cross-departmental working style.
• High degree of initiative, team-oriented, open-minded, polite, and respectful.
• Long term career focus.
• Willingness to travel (whole China Mainland and once per year to Germany). Job benefits
