Job Title: EPM Trainer

Engagement Type: Contract (150-hour engagement)


Our clien is seeking a skilled EPM Trainer to deliver comprehensive training on their existing Oracle EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service) and Narrative Reporting applications. The client is already live on both applications. This is a 150-hour training engagement, encompassing both preparation and delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Training Delivery: Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to end-users on Oracle EPBCS and Narrative Reporting.
  • Content Preparation: Review the client's current EPBCS and Narrative Reporting instance, along with existing documentation, to develop tailored training materials.
  • Develop training curriculum, presentations, hands-on exercises, and other relevant training aids.
  • Ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the client's specific system configuration and business processes.
  • Facilitate interactive learning environments, address user questions, and provide ongoing support during training sessions.
  • Gather feedback from participants to continuously improve the training program.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in delivering training on Oracle EPBCS and Narrative Reporting.
  • Strong understanding of EPBCS Planning functionalities, including but not limited to:
  • Planning and budgeting processes
  • Forms and data entry
  • Business rules and calculations
  • Dimensions and hierarchies
  • Workforce planning
  • Financial planning
  • In-depth knowledge of Narrative Reporting, including:
  • Report package design
  • Report creation and formatting
  • Data sources and integration
  • Collaboration and review workflows
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to assess training needs, develop effective training materials, and deliver engaging training sessions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage the full training lifecycle.
  • Prior experience reviewing system instances and documentation to create training content.
