Minimum Qualifications
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor in Computer Science or Computer Engineering with Finance/Accounting background
- 10+ years of EPM consulting and implementation experience in EPM cloud products
- Worked on 4 end-to-end implementations in any two EPM cloud products (EPBS Modules, FCCS, ARCS, and NR)
- Deep functional knowledge of financial processes and associated functionality in the EPM area
- Expertise in developing custom integrations using EPM Data Integration, EPM Integration Agent, Pipeline, Groovy Business Rule, and EPM Automate
- Hands-on knowledge of scripting (Batch/Python/PowerShell)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and master unfamiliar concepts quickly with little supervision
- Willing to go on-site at local customer on need basis

About You:
- You have experience collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- You are passionate about customer service, with a strong customer focus, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- You are an experienced EPM consultant with a consistent track record of designing and delivering high-scale, high-impact solutions
- You have good understanding of Income statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Workforce planning, Capex planning, strategic planning, different methods of consolidation and their calculations and disclosure in financial statement
- You advise customers on the optimal allocation of workloads across various systems for enhanced performance and efficiency.
- You have a broader view across multiple processes associated with the EPM ecosystem, like, Integration of EPM with ERP, HCM, and third-party systems
- You stay up to date on the latest Oracle EPM technologies and best practices through continuous learning
