Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in financial consolidation & reporting within Oracle EPM (FCCS/PBCS/Hyperion)
  • 3+ years of experience in data mapping and validation within a financial reporting context
  • Experience working in large-scale manufacturing or construction industries is a required
  • Professional Certifications: CPA, CFA, or equivalent
  • Experience with SAP to HFM data migration
  • SFA (Smart Financials Analytics) expertise
  • Experience optimizing financial close processes in large enterprises
  • Experience integrating Oracle EPM with ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle Cloud, Workday, etc.)

Technical Expertise

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle FCCS and PBCS (or Hyperion Financial Management)
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, Power Query)
  • Understanding of US GAAP, IFRS, and financial reporting standards
  • Familiarity with audit and compliance processes (SOX, internal controls, external audits)

Soft Skills & Problem-Solving

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies
  • Effective communication skills to train, document, and explain financial processes to stakeholders
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize work independently, and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
