Job Title: Epic Conversion Analyst

Location: Nearest client location across US (Hybrid - 2 days/week)

Job Summary:

The Data Migration Assistant will be responsible for supporting the transfer and updating of policy and client data from various systems into a target platform. This includes assisting in data mapping, cleaning, and verifying the accuracy of data pre- and post-conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the data migration process from start to finish.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the entire conversion process.
• Analyze data using statistical methods and provide detailed reports on results.
• Review data sets for inconsistencies, clean data, and correct issues.
• Map and transfer data from legacy systems to the new platform using a variety of tools and techniques.
• Validate and cross-check multiple versions of data for accuracy.
• Monitor data flow and address any gaps or errors.
• Prepare reports as needed and share analytical findings with stakeholders.
• Follow up post-conversion to confirm system accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and refine processes to increase efficiency.
• Prepare data templates for ongoing and future projects.

• Experience with insurance agency management systems such as Sagitta, TAM, Applied EPIC, AMS360, and ImageRight.
• Proficient in Excel for data handling and reporting.
• Knowledge of policy underwriting and familiarity with AM Best is a plus.
• Strong quantitative reasoning skills with the ability to analyze and present data effectively.

Experience Required:

• At least three years of experience working with Sagitta or similar agency management systems.
