What You’ll Do

• Work with teams to understand data needs and translate them into clear business requirements.
• Build reports, dashboards, and analytics using SQL and Epic tools.
• Create and maintain data sets to provide insights into trends and patterns.
• Analyze and solve data issues to improve healthcare delivery.
• Collaborate with teams to test and implement solutions.
• Follow a full development cycle: requirements, design, testing, and delivery.

What You’ll Need

• Epic Certification: current Clarity & Caboodle data model in addition to either Clinical or Revenue data model are required.
• Proficiency with Reporting Workbench and Clarity/Caboodle required.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL and tools like Tableau, Crystal Reports, or Business Objects.
• Knowledge of healthcare databases and patient care systems.
