Job Title: Environmental Project Manager Job Description We are seeking an Environmental Project Manager to join our corporate headquarters located in Sparrows Point, MD. This role will be responsible for coordinating remediation activities across a 3,300-acre site. Key duties include tracking remediation activities, contractor oversight, material acquisition, implementing permits, and supporting development projects. Responsibilities * Track remediation activities and ensure compliance with project timelines. * Oversee remediation system installation, startup, operation, compliance, and maintenance. * Manage the acquisition of remediation system materials and chemicals. * Supervise subcontractors and ensure adherence to project specifications. * Prepare remedial cost estimates for potential and known environmental liabilities. * Evaluate data and prepare written proposals, cost estimates, and technical reports. * Develop budget estimates and work-scopes, primarily for engineering tasks. * Oversee remediation conducted under the Maryland Voluntary Cleanup Program. The work environment includes both office settings and fieldwork, requiring the use of various technologies and equipment. Standard office hours apply, with occasional flexibility needed for project demands. The dress code is business casual, with appropriate attire required for field visits.
