A leading manufacturing company is looking to appoint an experienced Environmental Manager who can ensure effective management of environmental systems (Title V in particular), while maintaining a safe workplace and compliance with applicable EHS regulations. This incumbent will have direct reports and the support of division/corporate environmental leaders.

The Role:

• Provide accurate, cost-effective, and timely technical and regulatory compliance support to the plant.
• Establish and maintain programs to ensure that operating permits are in order for all sources of air emissions.
• Coordinate site/plant-wide environmental audits and analyze results, complete action items.
• Provide regulatory interpretation and technical advice; represent the company with state and federal agencies as required.

The Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental or related degree required.
• 5+ years of Environmental experience in an industrial manufacturing setting.
• Title V permit experience.
• Must be comfortable working in a plant environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage others.
