- Generating Data Deliverable packages for customers utilizing LIMS, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Assembling/pagination/securing/posting job reports.
- Entering and submitting Smart Reports for MWRA.
- Stateform generation.
- Submitting electronic deliverables for State required uploads
- Providing routine feedback and solutions to Department Managers and Team Leaders regarding data quality and rework.

Schedule And Work Environment
- Monday - Friday 12 pm - 8:30 pm
- This position will start off training in office for the first 3 months and then move to a hybrid schedule with 3 days per week in the office.
Education And Experience
High School Diploma/GED; AND 0-2 years of administrative support experience; OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Associates or BA/BS in Chemistry or related science preferred
Required Certificates, Licenses, And Registrations
Continued employment is contingent upon all required licenses and certificates being maintained in active status without suspension or revocation.

- Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Efficient typing skills
- Computer applications and systems related to the work.
- Principles and practices to serving as an effective project team member.
- Methods to communicate with staff, coworkers, and customers to ensure safe, effective and appropriate operations.
- Correct business English, including spelling, grammar and punctuation.
- Must be a quick learner; highly motivated, able to work independently, and follow prescribed methods and direction.

Working Environment
Work is performed in a lab and office setting. Work is subject chemicals, fumes, gasses, noxious odors and related items in a lab setting.
