We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Manager to lead safety programs across semiconductor manufacturing operations and construction projects. This role will also mentor and develop new-to-the-industry EHS professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage compliance with OSHA 1910/1926 standards, EPA, and local regulations.
• Lead risk assessments, audits, incident investigations, and corrective action plans.
• Support construction management and manufacturing operations safety programs.
• Develop and deliver HSE training for employees and contractors.
• Mentor and coach junior EHS staff and new industry hires.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, facilities, engineering, and construction teams.
• Report HSE metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Construction Management, Environmental Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of HSE experience; semiconductor and construction industry experience preferred.
• Professional certifications (CSP, CHMM, or similar) strongly preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA General Industry and Construction standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
