About the Role:

This is an entry-level opportunity focused on in-person customer interaction and direct sales. From day one, you'll work face-to-face with customers, developing essential sales skills while gaining hands-on experience. Through our structured management trainee program, you'll receive full support and training to grow into a leadership position. As you progress, you’ll be introduced to various areas of the business, including:


  • Leadership and team management
  • Human resources and recruitment
  • Client engagement and campaign planning
  • Event execution and brand representation


Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent client brands with energy and professionalism at live promotional events
  • Engage with customers face-to-face to build rapport, deliver key messaging, and drive product interest
  • Assist with campaign setup, event execution, and visual merchandising
  • Communicate product details clearly and confidently to support customer decision-making
  • Support sales efforts through direct interactions, upselling where appropriate, and meeting individual targets
  • Work collaboratively with your team to achieve group sales objectives
