Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of various events.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services.
- Manage event registration and participant communication.
- Help create event schedules and timelines to ensure smooth operations.
- Support on-site event management and logistics during events.
- Maintain organized files and documentation for each event project.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of event planning principles is a plus.
