Position: Entry Level Customer Service Assistant Location: Tampa, FL Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
Assist in troubleshooting customer issues and resolving complaints.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
Demonstrated customer service experience, preferably in a retail or call center environment.
