This position is for an entry-level Audio/Visual (AV) Technician. Responsibilities include:
Taking inventory of supplies and equipment within conference rooms.
Assisting with AV events.
Changing projector lamps.
Data entry.
Acting as a first responder for basic repairs and troubleshooting.
Providing customer service.
We are looking for candidates with at least two years of experience in Audio/Visual support, including assistance with connections, troubleshooting, and repair. Additional Information:

Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Certifications) Typically Required:
High school diploma, GED, or 1–2 years of experience in a related field.
Some related copy job experience preferred.
May require a valid driver's license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage per Ricoh policy.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent customer service skills.
Proficiency with PCs.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Basic mathematical and filing skills.
Ability to operate office machines and technical equipment.
Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Demands
Typically, an office environment with adequate lighting, ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise.
Diverse work assignments requiring comprehension and application of complex material, data, and instructions.
Some physical effort required, including long periods of standing, walking, bending, reaching, and stretching.
Lifting or moving items weighing up to 50–55 lbs. and pushing or pulling machines on wheels (up to 700 lbs.) for repairs.
Walking between buildings may be necessary.
Moderate dexterity required for tasks such as operating a calculator, keyboard, hand tools, and performing fine motor tasks.
Responsibilities
Provide consistent, high-quality food and beverage setup/service for clients, ensuring smooth conference and event services.
Set up and break down conference rooms according to event orders, maintaining cleanliness of kitchens, equipment, and meeting rooms.
Assemble and arrange conference equipment as required for events.
Assist with office maintenance, including trash removal, cleaning, ordering, and restocking kitchens and supply areas.
Perform general clerical duties such as reception, copying, mail services, shipping and receiving, and handling incoming/outgoing mail.
Report directly to the Site Manager or Assistant Site Manager, depending on site configuration.
Additional Duties:
Ensure excellent and professional client service at all times.
Lead and coordinate meeting rooms and events.
Train team members on responsibilities and tasks.
Manage conference/hospitality calendar and greet clients and guests.
Set up and break down conference rooms, including tables, chairs, podiums, and divider walls.
Handle catered food setup, including plates, utensils, napkins, and beverages.
Follow hygienic food and beverage handling procedures.
