Job Title: Enterprise Transformation Manager

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $88-$96/hr.

Duration: 6 Months


Our Client is seeking an experienced Enterprise Transformation Manager to lead large-scale transformation initiatives that drive operational excellence and support strategic growth. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, design future-state solutions, and implement change across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise systems architecture, digital transformation, and stakeholder collaboration.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leadership to define and align transformation goals and objectives.
  • Conduct current state assessments and gap analyses to identify improvement and innovation opportunities across business units.
  • Lead transformation initiatives from start to finish—ensuring timely delivery, within scope and budget.
  • Design and architect end-to-end enterprise solutions that align with business goals and technical needs.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and operational teams to shape future system architecture and roadmaps.
  • Evaluate existing systems and processes, recommending enhancements for efficiency, scalability, and usability.
  • Implement secure, scalable, and reliable end-to-end transformation solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership on best practices, standards, and emerging technologies.
  • Lead architecture reviews to ensure compliance with internal governance, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on enterprise capabilities and evolving market trends.
  • Monitor fintech innovations and competitive insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Create and manage change management plans to support adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Define OKRs and establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness and impact of transformation efforts.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 6–10 years of experience in accounting, finance, consulting, project management, or business transformation.
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar strategic enterprise role.
  • Strong track record leading digital transformation or technology-driven change initiatives.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate in a dynamic environment and lead through ambiguity.
