ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS MAY INCLUDE: * Diagrams and documents system solutions, configurations, and operational procedures. * Analyzes business requirements and designs comprehensives, cost-effective enterprise level solutions. * Performs complex systems design, implementation, and integration functions. * Assist with developing the long-term roadmap. * Provides specific and relevant reporting to stakeholders in support of root cause analysis and platform performance. * Supports and maintains systems and applications and is responsible for daily troubleshooting. JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: * Experience with design, implementation, and support of operating systems and applications in a complex, multi-platform environment. * Experience with industry standard OS such as RedHat Enterprise Linux, CentOS, ESX/ESXi, and Windows is required. * Demonstrated ability with programming and scripting languages. Experience with the following is highly desirable - Bash, Perl & Python. Experience with Git, Ansible, and Terraform are recommended. * Demonstrated ability working with various database platforms such as Oracle, MySQL, and Postgres recommended. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to present complex ideas and designs to a variety of technical or non-technical stakeholders. * Experience working with Azure, AWS, and GCP is recommended. * Proficiency in Agile Development, DevOPs and CI/CD is recommended. * Understanding of security and vulnerability best practice and design implications is required. * Degree in computer science or a similar field. * Troubleshooting and analytical skills.
